About Arca

We build a dollar wallet that works for people who banks have left behind.

Who builds Arca

Arca is built by Constellation Network, a team that has been working on distributed ledger infrastructure since 2017. We ship Arca because 1.3 billion adults still do not have a financial account, and the existing answers -- correspondent banking, money transfer operators, and dollar accounts with minimums -- were designed for a different era.

Arca is non-custodial by design. You hold your own keys. Arca cannot move your funds, lock you out, or freeze your account. If you ever want to leave, you export your wallet and take it with you -- no permission needed.

What we publish

Our Learn hub covers digital dollars, cross-border transfers, dollar savings, and inflation. Every factual claim links to a primary source (World Bank, IMF, Federal Reserve, Chainalysis, FSB, Reuters). We update guides when the facts change and note the last-updated date on each page.

Content is written and reviewed by the Arca team with input from Constellation Network's research group. We do not accept paid placements and do not run ads.

How we think about safety

Stablecoins are not risk-free. We publish honest explainers about issuer risk, smart contract risk, and seed-phrase responsibility so readers can make informed choices. See "Are digital dollars safe?" and "What happens to stablecoins if the issuer goes bankrupt?" for our full treatment.
