Welcome to Arca
Set up Arca and find the right guide for adding, receiving, sending, and tracking digital dollars.
Updated
Arca lets you hold and use digital dollars. Available payment methods and partner services vary; the app shows the choices available for each action.
Hint: Start with the task you want to complete. You do not need to learn every part of the app first.
Get started
- Create your wallet and claim your Arca handle.
- Open Wallet to see your available balance.
- Choose what you want to do next:
- Add funds to your wallet.
- Tap Receive to get paid by an Arca user or another wallet.
- Tap Send to pay an Arca user, withdraw through an available partner, or send to a wallet address.
- Use Activity to check whether a transaction is still processing or complete.
Your wallet is ready when the Wallet tab opens. Identity verification is not required just to create it, although a partner or app may require its own check.
Use the right receiving method
- If the sender uses Arca, choose Receive > From another Arca user and share your handle link or QR code. See Set up your Arca handle.
- If the sender uses an exchange or another wallet, choose the network they will send from and follow the token and address instructions in Arca.
Always match the token and network before moving money. A valid-looking address can still be wrong for the selected network.
If you need help finding something
- See the tour of the app for task shortcuts.
- See understand your balance and assets if a total or transaction looks unfamiliar.
- If an Activity item says Pending, Processing, Sending, Depositing, or Withdrawing, wait for a final status before trying the same transaction again.
