Tour of the app
A walkthrough of each tab and what you will find there, so you know where everything lives before you start using Arca.
Arca is organized around four tabs at the bottom of the screen, plus a Settings screen you reach from a gear icon at the top. This page is a quick tour of each one so nothing is a surprise.
The Wallet tab
The Wallet tab is your home screen. From top to bottom:
- Available Balance in big numbers. Tap the balance to see it broken down by token.
- Three action buttons: Buy, Receive, and Send.
- SimpleFi card showing your SimpleFi balance. Tap it to jump to the SimpleFi tab.
- Arca Apps — a small grid of verified apps that work with your wallet. Each tile opens the app’s site.
- Recent Activity — your last few transactions. Tap one for details, or tap the section header to see the full list.
Pull the screen down to refresh balances and activity.
The Activity tab
Activity is the full transaction history. Everything that affects your balance shows up here with a timestamp, grouped by day.
Each row shows what happened, the amount, and a status. Transactions can be:
- Completed — the move is done. Tap for details.
- Pending — the move is in progress. Pending wallet sends are not tappable yet; Buy and Withdraw orders can still open partner order details when those details are available.
- Failed — the move did not go through. No funds were taken.
Tapping a completed send or receive opens a sheet with the other wallet address, the amount, the network, and the transaction hash (a unique ID for the move). Tapping a Buy or Withdraw transaction opens order details from the partner.
The SimpleFi tab
SimpleFi is where your balance can grow. At the top you see your SimpleFi balance and two buttons: Deposit and Withdraw. Below that is an overview card with four numbers (In Positions, Available, Earned, Avg APY) and a button to start a new position. A list of open positions sits below.
Your first time here, there are no positions. Tapping Deposit moves dollars from your wallet into SimpleFi as Available balance. Then New Position lets you pick a position. You can withdraw any time. The full flow has its own guide: Grow your dollars with SimpleFi.
The Apps tab
The Apps tab lists Arca Safe Apps: apps Arca has verified to work with your wallet. The header shows the total count. Tapping an app redirects you to its site.
This is different from Connected Apps in Settings. The Apps tab is a directory. Connected Apps is the list of apps you have actively paired with your wallet through a QR code.
Settings
Tap the gear icon at the top right to open Settings. It has three sections:
- Account: Wallet Details, Connected Apps, Address Book, Notifications.
- Security: Keys & Recovery, Identity Verification, Delete Account.
- About: Share Your Feedback, Follow @arcawallet, Sign Out.
Most people never need to dig into Settings to do everyday tasks. It is there when you want to save contacts, review security, complete identity verification, or get in touch.
Sign-in recovery
You will not see a recovery phrase anywhere in the app. That is on purpose. Arca ties your wallet to your login. If you get a new phone, sign in again with the same email, Google, or Apple account and your wallet opens with your full balance and history.
Where to go next
