View and track transactions
Read Activity statuses, open wallet and partner order details, use transaction links, and troubleshoot pending or missing money movements.
Updated
Open Activity to follow wallet transfers, Arca handle payments, partner Buy and Sell orders, and other balance movements. Pull down on Wallet or Activity to refresh.
Caution: Do not repeat a pending payment or withdrawal. The first request may still complete.
Track a wallet transfer
A pending wallet send or handle payment cannot be opened yet. You can close its status message while Arca continues to follow it. When the transfer succeeds or fails, tap it in Activity to see the available details and transaction link.
For a completed transfer, open its transaction ID to check the public network page. Confirm that the network page shows the expected amount and destination. This proves the wallet transaction completed, but it does not prove that a website credited an order.
If a transfer stays pending, refresh Activity and wait before sending it again.
Track a Buy or Sell order
Partner orders can be opened while pending when details are available. Tap the order and use Check status to see the partner’s latest payment or bank-payout update.
Some current Buy and Sell orders can take up to two hours, but follow the estimate shown for your order. Do not create a duplicate unless the first order is cancelled or expired.
If money looks missing
- Refresh Activity and your Wallet balance.
- Check whether the transaction is pending, complete, failed, cancelled, or refunded.
- For incoming money, confirm that the sender used the exact token, network, and deposit address selected in Receive.
- For a wallet transfer, save the transaction ID, network, amount, and time.
- For a partner order, save the provider name and order ID, then use the partner’s support for checkout or bank-payout problems.
- If Arca disagrees with the network or partner, use Settings > About > Share Your Feedback and include those details.
Never share a password, sign-in code, wallet key, or private recovery information when asking for help.
