Withdraw to your bank

Withdraw dollars through an available partner, compare the quote and fee, complete any partner checks, and follow the order in Activity.

Arca uses outside partners to turn wallet dollars into a bank payout. Availability, limits, fees, exchange rates, timing, payout details, and identity checks come from the partner and can vary by country and currency.

Caution: Do not start a second withdrawal while the first is pending. Both requests may complete.

Arca prepares the wallet side automatically, so you do not choose a token or network.

Withdraw to your bank

  1. On the Wallet tab, tap Send > Withdraw to bank account.
  2. Enter the amount. Your balance must cover it.
  3. Choose an available payout currency. If yours is not listed, that withdrawal route is not available right now.
  4. Tap Sell with to compare available partners. Review the quote, fee, and any limit message.
  5. Tap Continue to withdraw, confirm the partner, and open its checkout.
  6. In the partner checkout, review the amount, payout currency, exchange rate, fee, and bank details. Complete any identity checks and follow the steps until the order is submitted.

Some partners return you to Arca to approve the wallet transfer that funds the withdrawal. Confirm the amount and order ID before tapping Approve. The withdrawal will not continue unless this step succeeds.

Track the payout

The order appears as Sell in Activity. Open it and use Check status when available; the partner’s page has the most specific bank-payout update. Some withdrawals can take up to two hours, but follow the estimate for your order.

If the payout is delayed

  • Refresh Activity and check the partner status.
  • If the order failed, expired, was cancelled, or was refunded, confirm its final status before trying again.
  • If the partner says the order is complete but the bank payout is missing, contact the partner with the order ID and payout details.
  • If Arca and the partner disagree, use Settings > About > Share Your Feedback and include the order ID. Never share a password or sign-in code.

Do not start a second withdrawal while the first is pending unless the partner confirms that the first was cancelled.
