Understand your balance and assets
See what Available Balance includes, review USDC and USDT under Your Assets, and understand how Activity and SimpleFi differ.
Updated
Use Available Balance to see the supported USDC and USDT that Arca currently counts as ready for wallet actions.
Note: Money in SimpleFi is shown separately from the balance available for payments and withdrawals.
Check your assets
- Open Wallet.
- Tap Available Balance or its arrow.
- Review the token amount and dollar-formatted amount for USDC and USDT.
The total combines those token amounts. If you have no assets, add funds from Wallet. SimpleFi money is shown separately because it is available inside SimpleFi or held in a position.
Check whether a balance change is complete
- Pull down on Wallet to refresh balances and recent activity.
- Open Activity and find the related transaction.
- Open a Buy or Sell item for partner order details when available.
- Wait for a pending, processing, depositing, or withdrawing item to reach a final status before repeating it.
The balance shows what Arca currently sees as available; Activity shows the transaction status. They can update at different times. A listed Buy order alone does not mean the funds have arrived.
Understand the displayed value
USDC and USDT are designed to track the US dollar, but their market price is not guaranteed to stay at exactly $1. The total is a convenient wallet view, not a bank statement or guaranteed cash-out value. Purchase, sale, transfer, and network costs can also change what you receive or spend, so review the amount and fee before confirming.
If the amount still looks wrong
- Confirm that an incoming transfer used the exact token, network, and address shown by Receive.
- Pull down on Activity to refresh its status.
- Do not assume a pending send failed or start a replacement while it is still processing.
